Oklahoma
Christian
Academy is a non-profit organization that admits students of any
race, color, national and ethnic origin, to all rights, privileges,
programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to
students at the school. It is our purpose and policy to allow
enrollment in Oklahoma Christian Academy
of all who seek Jesus Christ regardless of a student’s race, gender,
or creed.

General
Admission Requirements
Applicants for admission to
OCA must furnish evidence that they are physically and emotionally fit, of
good moral character, and academically capable. All applicants
(Pre-K through 12th
grade) must meet the following admission requirements:

have not been suspended or expelled from
school last attended;
-
have
an academic grade point average not lower
than 2.0 for the past two years;
-
be free of severe learning or behavioral
problems; (Special Education is not currently part of the curriculum at
OCA);
-
not be coming directly from any type of
rehabilitation program (i.e., drug, alcohol, behavior, mental, etc.);
-
be eligible for re-enrollment in school
last attended;
-
have read and agreed to comply with all
policies in the Handbook;
-
must read, speak, and understand
English;
-
must live with his/her legal guardian.
All new students will be
accepted on behavioral and academic probation for a period of one calendar
year. During this period, conduct will be monitored closely. Continued
enrollment is dependent on acceptable levels of attendance, behavior,
psychological maturity and academic achievement. Upon completing the
probation period, a recommendation will be made by the administration
regarding the continued enrollment of the student.
